How do you do life?
I like to try lots of different things and see what sticks.
The mantra ‘No two days in a row’ stuck from Steve Kamb’s Nerd Fitness. It’s one of the rules of myth busters or something like that.
I tend to use it flexibly. It could be ‘no two cheat meals in a row’ at its strictest. Or a loose reminder when I get to day three or week x that I haven’t done something I love in a while and if it’s really that important to me I need to reboot.
